OSCAR WILDE OBSERVES
We often pray, in petition, to God when
we want conditions changed. We seldom
pray, in gratitude, when we do not. Such
is a problem with human nature.
MARK TWAIN REMARKS
The fact that we often need to pray
for a change is, in my opinion, a problem with the Divine Nature.
