ON: "LIGHTING ONE CANDLE"

It may be better to light one candle than to curse the darkness.  However, if the cursing were executed in a sophisticated manner, it is more fun to express and more pleasing to listen to, even if we remain in the dark.         

MARK TWAIN Remarks:

It is better to light one cigar, and to smoke it.  You can do that in the dark too.
