OSCAR WILDE Observes:

With regard to business deals there is an expression that a successful one leaves both parties feeling slightly cheated.  I propose this alternative.  It should leave each party feel that he cheated the other.  They feel better this way.    

MARK TWAIN Remarks:

I disagree with Mr Wilde.  His description reminds me of a married couple who want to divorce, but fail to do so because they can not agree on the grounds.
